Sneak Peeks of yesterday’s huge family shoot with the Phillips Family. Some fun outtakes and candids I kinda dig as the “real shot” This is what it looks like when you get 39 people together in AZ in 115 (ish) degrees: fussy babies, sick kids, one of the older kids taking a break between shots to puke (poor thing. my heart broke for him), lots of water bottles in an ice chest, lots of suckers to bribe the kids to smile, and LOTS of sweat and… some tears (those were from me, j/k)…but lots of LOVE! John are Rita made it 50 YEARS married. What? So amazing! This is what 50 years of marriage can bring, if you’re lucky.  It’s important to document these times in your lives, EVEN if we have to do it in the heat.  This family is proof that their priorities are in the right place.  In the end, it’s all about family.  Families are forever. Make sure to book a session with me to document your forever. xo…elle All year long full priced family sessions are always available starting at $550 and comes with 35 fully edited images both in color and black and white […]

rogers family | mesa, az family portrait photographer

This was a fun, fast paced, and energetic shoot, and one GORGEOUS family, this year, that made me work HARD for my money. And I love what we captured, even if we all walked away with several mosquito bites, and Cami felt like she ran a marathon. I sure love a good challenge. So worth it, to read her review after choosing her images from her proofs: “THAT WAS SO HARD!!!! I ended up with 2 extra. They were amazing and probably the best pictures we have ever had taken! Seriously! You’re amazing!!!”…of course that made me smile! This family has the coolest names too! The youngest son’s name is BRAVE! How cool is that?! I hope to see them every year now and watch them grow for sure. Thank you for a fabulous session! xo…e p.s. it’s just NOT fair to look that young and amazing after having 5 kids.
